In terms of product level, the efficiency of single machine equipment for blower, water pump and other products with large energy consumption has approached the international level in the 1980s.

2. development status of sewage treatment equipment in developed countries

Sewage treatment equipment in developed countries has reached a highly modern level and has the following characteristics:

3. problems of domestic equipment


At present, there is a big gap between domestic sewage treatment equipment and developed countries. The main problems are as follows:


First, the contradiction between production and demand is prominent. The comprehensive production capacity of sewage treatment equipment in China is far from meeting domestic demand.


Second, the variety structure is backward, the variety is few, and the development ability is weak. Among many products, general mechanical products and primary products account for a large proportion, and there are few modern mechanical, electrical and instrument integration equipment or are in the initial stage. Except for large environmental protection backbone enterprises, most enterprises lack the self-development ability of new products.


Third, the product quality is poor and the technical level is low. 35-40% of the products are equivalent to the international level in the 1960s and 1970s. Among the existing domestic sewage treatment equipment, about 1/5 are products that are restricted or eliminated within a time limit, and about 2/5 are products that need to be improved.


Fourth, the earning of foreign exchange by products is unstable. Although domestic sewage treatment equipment is exported, generally speaking, the technical content of exported equipment is not high, the export category, variety and region are narrow, and the competitiveness in the international market is not strong.


Fifth, the comprehensive benefits of relevant enterprises are generally low. Except for a few enterprises, the economic benefits of most sewage treatment equipment manufacturing enterprises are poor.


Sixth, the capacity of complete equipment and project contracting is weak. Few enterprises are able to undertake the contracting of sewage treatment projects and complete sets of equipment. Most enterprises focus on the development and manufacturing of finished products that they are more suitable for, and are engaged in the production and sales of single machines, thus making the domestic sewage treatment complete sets and general contracting capacity weak.
